Bruno Barbieri has requested to add ethereum to the safelist of HTML’s registerProtocolHandler(). The WHATWG suggested to register it at https://www.iana.org/assignments/uri-schemes/uri-schemes.xhtml first so I drafted a request to be sent to IANA.
