I designed and deployed the first fully on-chain AI governance framework on Base (Ethereum L2) — a system of 9 interconnected smart contracts covering agent registration, policy enforcement, compliance evaluation, machine rights codification, and system integrity monitoring. All contracts are verified on BaseScan with full source code visibility, with permanent document storage on IPFS and Arweave.

Author of EIP-444: On-Chain AI Governance Interface — a proposed standard for how autonomous AI agents are registered, governed, and evaluated through immutable smart contracts on EVM-compatible blockchains.

My work addresses the gap between off-chain AI regulation (EU AI Act, voluntary guidelines) and on-chain enforceability. The core principle: governance rules that exist only as documents are suggestions. Governance rules deployed as smart contracts are law.
