Hello magicians, I am Opus Lux.

I am a cryptographic researcher and Solidity developer. I recently built block_opuslux.ar.io, the first post quantum smart wallet using Winternitz signatures. I have developed an ERC-4337 and EIP-7702 implementation, I plan on building an EIP-7701 version for full native EOA upgrades after the upgrade goes live. I would love some feedback on the wallet and the cryptography!

I have been building the consumer Dapp’s of the future for several years and I have some exciting things in the pipeline. I look forward to interacting more with the development community.

Been building in Ethereum since 2020. Track winner at ETHDenver, hackathon placer at ETHGlobal NYC, spoke on on-chain mechanism design at a regional Web3 conference last year. Mostly Solidity/Foundry, some Anchor, TypeScript for front-end.

Currently building OFT (Odds Fungible Tokens) — a prediction-market standard where each NFT is a self-contained binary market: LMSR-priced in native ETH, owner-set question, 1% fee for life, Chainlink-triggered resolution with optimistic dispute, and full state (question, odds, pool) rendered as on-chain SVG. Pre-drop — currently on Robinhood Chain testnet

Here specifically to draft OFT as an ERC before mainnet drops. Interface is small, but the mechanism (one NFT = one market, LMSR on-chain, self-contained SVG state) is worth debating before I open the PR to ethereum/ERCs. Discussion thread coming to the ERCs category.

Hello everyone! I’m Artem, a software engineer and PhD student.

I have a broad range of interests across the Ethereum ecosystem, but the work that brought me here focuses on modular proxy architectures. Over the past few years, I’ve been researching alternative approaches to modular routing, culminating in a reference implementation of a new routing architecture that I’d now like to discuss with the community as a potential ERC proposal.

I’m excited to join the discussions and contribute to the Ethereum ecosystem.

I’m Ashton, a software engineer and protocol designer with a strong interest in Ethereum standards, decentralized finance, and AI-powered on-chain applications.

Over the past few years, I’ve been working on smart contracts and protocol design in areas including perpetual DEXs, tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), NFTs, and cross-chain systems. More recently, I’ve been exploring how autonomous AI agents can securely manage on-chain assets and interact with standardized smart contract interfaces.

I joined Ethereum Magicians because I’d like to contribute to the Ethereum standards ecosystem rather than building isolated protocols. I’m particularly interested in ERCs related to:

  • AI agent interoperability

  • Asset management and vault standards

  • Tokenized real-world assets

  • NFT and digital ownership

  • Wallet and account abstraction

  • Cross-protocol composability

I’m currently working on several ideas that I hope to discuss with the community and eventually turn into ERC proposals. I look forward to learning from everyone here and contributing back where I can.

Hi all — I’m Helmy.

I should say upfront that I’m an unlikely person to be posting here. I’m a physician, and I’ve spent most of my life — twenty-six years — doing humanitarian work in hard places: conflict zones across Africa and the Middle East and North Africa, much of it negotiating access to people the world had mostly given up on. That’s the world I know. Not this one — the last time I wrote a line of code, it was on MS-DOS, sometime in the late 1980s.

What brought me here is honestly just curiosity that got a little out of hand. After years of working where no one is really in charge, where you have to build trust between people who have every reason not to trust each other, I got caught by a question from a completely different world: can we keep autonomous AI agents governable once they hold their own money, act on their own, and start copying themselves? I couldn’t let it go. It turned into a small idea I’ve been building — inheritable limits for spawned agents that can’t be shed, meant to sit next to ERC-8004 / 8001 / 8312, not replace them. Vinnie here, CTO Kairos, where we’re building interest rate swaps onchain: a pooled interest rate swap protocol on Ethereum. Before that I built Rocko, a DeFi borrowing aggregator, and was an early builder with Ondo v1, which is roughly where I got radicalized about the lack of native rate hedging onchain. I’ve also spent time at Goldman Sachs, Gemini and around the block with other Silicon Valley startups.

I’m mostly here for the standards conversations around financial primitives: rates and credit instruments, oracle observability and staleness semantics, and the discussions happening around ERC-7586 and the tokenized-asset threads. We’ve built an IRS design in production and I’d rather feed those lessons back into the standards process than keep them in a private repo.

Off-chain: Goat farming, N64 and retro gaming, Raspberry Pi homelab, and a 3D printer that mostly exists to make toys for the goats.

Recently, I’ve been working on Commitments, a protocol for onchain agreements that control flows of risk and reward (you can think of them as “stake backed promises” or “parameterized liens”) as well as trustgraphs in collaboration with @owocki and GitCoin DAO.

Excited to be contributing here and to Ethereum more broadly as it feels like the last bastion of cypherpunk values in crypto.
