Any multi-sign hardware set ups that are multi-sig and completely offline + airgapped with QR code based transaction signing?
Yes, there are multi-signature, fully offline, airgapped setups that use QR-code based transaction signing.
Examples:
- Keystone Pro (formerly Cobo Vault) — supports multi-sig workflows (e.g., via PSBT) and QR-code signing completely offline.
- Foundation Devices Passport — enables QR-based signing for multi-sig setups, typically with wallets like Sparrow or Specter.
- COLDCARD combined with Specter DIY — allows airgapped multi-sig configurations using SD cards or QR codes (with auxiliary devices).
Each device remains fully offline, and data transmission happens securely via QR scanning.

I’ve got a coldcard QR; it’s Bitcoin only.
The other two I haven’t used. Will check them out.
Are these all BTC only? I’m hoping for an Ethereum version. Don’t need or even want other chains (attack surface increases) just Ethereum, just need Ethereum layer 1, I don’t even use L2’s any more in any major way (just some dust left on those).
Thanks for the reply by the way. Great to see a fellow hardware wallet enthusiast on here.
