I propose a contemporary solution to the generative artificial intelligence image authenticity problem using a combination of image-hash notarization on Ethereum, forensically rigorous RAW image data stored on IPFS, and an oracle service for voting on the authenticity of the forensic data with a reward-by-accuracy distribution model.
