ERC-8028 is indeed an excellent proposal — I really like the direction it takes.
If it truly exhibits fungibility, then composing it with ERC-8086: Privacy Token would make it straightforward to address privacy concerns in this area, especially from a cryptographic and protocol-level perspective.
