Decisions from the call:

• Unicode Technical Standards CFI: approved for merge. One PR is already merged; Sam will force-merge the second after resolving conflicts (it has enough approvals).

• Add Associate EIP Editors CFI: past the deadline and closing affirmed, approved for merge. Editors who did not respond are dropped per the process.

• EIP Coordinator role: general support for creating a social and mentoring role that guides authors, sits alongside associate editors, and cannot allocate EIP numbers. Deadline is September 26; the final decision waits on Victor’s comment.

• Calls for Input location: they stay in the current EIPIP repository rather than moving to ethereum/EIPs or being duplicated, to avoid fracturing the process between EIPs and ERCs.

• CONTRIBUTING.md updates: added guidance on EIP numbering and a policy that active EIP PRs are not force-merged and require two editor approvals.

• Tooling: the reference-status check that flags non-final EIP references was re-enabled (e.g. FOSM referencing the now-stagnant EIP-7547); the stagnant bot still needs to run on the ERC repository.
