I am a fintech practitioner and researcher focusing on Real-World Assets (RWA), compliance-oriented digital asset infrastructure, and constrained autonomous execution systems.
Over the past two decades, my work has focused on cross-border business, market strategy, investment, financing, and corporate transactions. Through these experiences, I have developed a long-term interest in a fundamental question:
How can real-world assets, institutional processes, and regulatory requirements be connected to digital markets in a secure, transparent, and verifiable manner?
My interest in RWA did not begin with tokenization itself. It originated from practical questions in financial transactions: whether an asset is eligible, who has authority over it, what information can be disclosed, and how transactions can be executed within defined regulatory boundaries.
Through my involvement in blockchain-based real-world asset architectures and cultural asset digitisation initiatives, I identified a fundamental challenge: the difficulty of bringing real-world assets onto blockchain systems is not merely a technical problem of token issuance, but a problem of establishing verifiable asset facts while preserving regulatory and institutional data boundaries.
Real-world asset records often contain ownership information, certification records, institutional documentation, and other controlled data. Such information cannot simply be replicated onto public immutable ledgers.
This led to my research focus on Asset Truth:
The objective of an RWA system is not to place all source data on-chain, but to enable blockchain systems to verify relevant asset facts through controlled evidence, verification mechanisms, and attestations.
Building upon this concept, I developed the framework of Regulation-to-Protocol Translation — the process of transforming regulatory and institutional control objectives into machine-readable and enforceable protocol constraints.
