I am “re-open” the conversation around ERC-1400.
Since this ERC has been in use for a long time to tokenize assets on-chain (RWA), it would make sense to finalize it.
For ERC-1643, I made also a specific topic since the standard is independent from the underlying token: ERC-1643: Document Management Standard (ERC-1400)
