Reviewing and implementing EIP-2537 reminded me that it was not the only long forgotten but implemented BLS12-381 EIP.
There is also:

Those are all in stagnant status, but in practice they are required to stake and are implemented by all consensus clients already for the past 4 years.
They probably deserve a mention in one Ethereum upgrade, if only to tell hardware providers that “no they aren’t stagnant, they really are THE standard”.
