Update: the experiments now include the bounded version and corrected tests.
- X-B1 checks the whole cycle: with late attestations, default is blocked at recovery and until the grace window has elapsed, then becomes available.
- X-B2 enforces 0 < G < maxOracleStaleness at origination.
- X-B3 shows why the bound is needed: with a grace window longer than the tolerance, the window never completes under late attestations and default stays blocked.
