Two questions:
- How is this different from EIP-8197: Cryptographically Agile Transactions (CATX)?
- May I politely ask about a potential EIP-7932 integration, as it is seems that this many proposals for the same topic is going to be problematic. If every new EIP has it’s own way of doing crypto agility it will be pure chaos trying to implement these.
